Alexander Eskeland, founder & partner
Alexander is an experienced founder and creative leader in the fashion and lifestyle industry. He is best known as one of the founders of the Norwegian lifestyle brand SWIMS, which reimagined classic products like galoshes and loafers by combining them with modern design and functionality. Under Eskerland’s co-leadership, SWIMS grew from a niche concept into a global brand with a presence in over 25 countries. With solid experience in product development, brand building, and international distribution, Eskeland has developed a deep understanding of how to create and scale concepts with global potential. In recent years, he has been involved in several new ventures within fashion and sports and continues to be a driving force for innovation and collaboration in the industry.
Reidar Hartmann, founder & partner
Reidar Hartmann has been a key figure in the Norwegian fashion industry for nearly 30 years. Since 1996, he has played a central role in the launch and development of several internationally renowned brands in the Norwegian market. Throughout his career, Reidar has successfully introduced and built brands such as Kappa, Le Coq Sportif, Golden Goose, Havaianas, Colmar, FromFuture & Ellesse. With a rare ability to combine commercial insight with brand-building expertise, Reidar has contributed to the growth and long-term positioning of these brands in a competitive market. His key strengths include brand strategy, distribution development, retail operations, and sales management.
